Originally designed for OLED testing, our 4 channels SMU can provide with voltages up to 27V while measuring currents in the range of microamps at a stunning accuracy. It also posses an extra, 5^th channel (4+), dedicated to measure smaller currents coming from a DUT.

The card is stackable in a 19’ rack, so you can get the power of 16 of our SMU (64 full 4 quadrant channels) in a compact size and price.
